I’d like to thank Trina Brown-Hicks for her very well-reasoned and informative letter about changing the name of W. 4th Street in Lewes.
It seems she has an answer for every argument against it - as well as a generous personal offer to assist any resident that has trouble with the administrative changes. Bravo!
