Browseabout Books to host three authors Aug. 3

Three beach mystery authors will be signing books from 4 to 6 p.m., Friday, Aug. 3, at Browseabout Books in Rehoboth Beach.

Maureen Klovers’ new Rita Calabrese series is about an Italian Nonna starting her life over as a local reporter. "The Secret Poison Garden" includes eight mouthwatering, garden-to-table Italian-American recipes.

Lane Stone’s Pet Palace Mystery series is about an upscale doggy daycare and spa in Lewes. Buckingham Pet Palace is known for treating dogs like royalty – until murder dethrones its good reputation.

Libby Klein writes the Poppy McAllister Mystery series that takes place in Cape May, N.J. Her debut mystery, “Class Reunions Are Murder,” is a fun romp through ‘80s nostalgia until someone is murdered at their Cape May High School 25th reunion. Her second book, “Midnight Snacks Are Murder,” is a hilarious follow-up with someone ransacking Victorian houses in Cape May.
