Bryan Scar will take the stage from 5 to 9 p.m., Monday, Aug. 31, at West Side Creative Market in Rehoboth Beach. The market continues with rotating musicians and food trucks, local artists and family-friendly activities through Sept. 26. It’s one of Rehoboth’s fastest‑growing arts events, launched to support emerging creators.
