Bucchioni thanks supporters ahead of election

September 9, 2022

Before the final primary ballot is cast, we sincerely want to thank all Team Bucchioni believers for supporting us, hopefully culminating with a Sept. 13 election win solidifying Jack to represent you as state senator in District 6.

After years of working with coastal Sussex County advocates and activists organizing our Democratic Party base to save our coast and protect our democracy, we both conclude it is all worth it many times over. Because of you, our volunteer organization, community leaders and supportive voters, we are in a great position to bring positive change on your behalf. Your unwavering support and endless energy have kept us focused and motivated for the greater good. Together with this potential win, we face the new beginning of a coastal Sussex County having an amplified voice in the state government. The true relationships we developed working alongside you, the various coastal community leaders, have made both Linda and me better people for sure.

We are not satisfied at some of the ugly rhetoric both nationally and locally of late, and commit to moving forward to improve the coastal quality of life for all who live and work here.

Yes, we are very proud of you, our base, for the enthusiasm and commitment you have given our quest for this seat. You make us proud!

In closing, for now, thank you, we could not have done this without you! Let’s now all go to work building the 21st century for the generations to come.

Linda and Jack Bucchioni
