Capstone Homes recently announced Jake Booth, its president and managing partner, has earned the Certified Master Building Professional designation from the National Association of Home Builders, becoming the only professional in Delaware and one of approximately 30 nationwide to hold the credential.
The CMBP designation is one of NAHB’s newest and most advanced professional certifications, recognizing experienced residential construction leaders who demonstrate exceptional industry knowledge, leadership, continuing education, professionalism and commitment to best practices.
The NAHB credential is designed to distinguish the most accomplished builders in the country. Achieving the designation requires extensive professional experience, education, business qualifications and successful completion of a comprehensive examination process.
Booth has served in the residential construction industry for more than 20 years and currently leads Capstone Homes, one of Delaware’s largest locally owned home builders. Under his leadership, the company has built more than 1,000 homes throughout Delaware and Maryland while emphasizing customization, customer experience and quality craftsmanship.
“I’m honored to receive this designation from NAHB,” said Booth. “This achievement reflects not only my own commitment to continuous improvement, but also the strength of our entire Capstone team and the incredible professionals we work alongside every day. Our industry plays a major role in shaping communities and improving lives, and I believe continuing education and professionalism matter.”
