CAMP Rehoboth Chorus hosting online New Year’s Cabaret Jan. 1
The CAMP Rehoboth Chorus will be hosting an online New Year’s Cabaret at 7 p.m., Friday, Jan. 1. During the COVID-19 pandemic, chorus members have deeply missed entertaining the community. So, directed and accompanied by Music and Artistic Director Doug Yetter, individual chorus members – and some guests – will entertain virtually! Singing solo or in small, socially distanced groups, they will perform Songs for a New Year, e.g., new beginnings, closing a chapter, looking forward to better times.
The show will be broadcast on Facebook Live, and is available to everyone, whether or not they have a Facebook account. Go to camprehoboth.com/events and click on the FB link there. Those unable to tune in to the live performance can watch the recording of the show later in the week by following the same steps. The video can also be found later by going to the CAMP Rehoboth Chorus Facebook page, clicking on “More” below the picture at the top of the page and then on “Videos.”
The New Year’s Cabaret is part of what the chorus hopes will be an ongoing First Fridays with the CAMP Rehoboth Chorus series. This show is privately sponsored. The Feb. 5 show will be titled Love is in the Air.
