Cape Artists Gallery to open Feb. 14-17

The Cape Artists Gallery will come out of hibernation for four days to celebrate both Valentine's Day and President's Day, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday to Monday, Feb. 14 to 17.
There will be valentines and refreshments for visitors.
