Cape school board recognizes retiring administrators

The Cape Henlopen School Board recognized retiring administrators at the school board meeting June 28. Cape Superintendent Bob Fulton, left, presented recognition plaques to (l-r) Love Creek Elementary Principal Trish Mumford, 21 years of service; Dean of Students Bill Collick, 12 years of service; and Assistant Superintendent Cathy Petitgout, 45 years of service.
