Claudia Sosa-Ducoté joins Lisa Mathena Group
Lisa Mathena announced that Claudia Sosa-Ducoté has joined the Lisa Mathena Group Inc. as a sales associate.

Formerly affiliated with the Linda Vista real estate firm in Seaford, Sosa-Ducoté is a 14-year veteran of the real estate profession specializing in working with first-time homebuyers and investors. She strives to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction, ensuring that her clients’ real estate experience is stress-free and successful. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Delaware Association of Realtors, and the Sussex County Association of Realtors.
A native of Argentina, Sosa-Ducoté has dedicated 23 years to helping clients as a travel agent and has earned the trust of the community, especially the Hispanic community. She is multilingual, with bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, as well as a professional working proficiency in Portuguese, Italian and French. She holds a degree in tourism and hospitality from the School of Tourism and Hospitality Montes Pacheco in Cordoba, Argentina, and this background enabled her to find immediate success when she emigrated to the United States in 2000.
Working in Bethesda, Md., for Dan Travel as well as managing a travel agency in Georgetown gave her the skills necessary to open her own travel agency, Claudia Homes and Travel, which she still operates.
In addition to her real estate and travel career, Sosa-Ducoté spent 10 years in the banking/financial services industry, and also worked for the State of Delaware for several years in a variety of roles. Sosa-Ducoté also holds an associate’s degree in accounting from Delaware Technical Community College in Georgetown, and studied psychology at the University of Cordoba, Argentina.
Sosa-Ducoté, her husband Mark and their two children are residents of Milton.
