Coldwell Banker Premier has welcomed Debra “Debbie” Zyskowski, an accomplished real estate professional and coastal Delaware relocation expert, to its Rehoboth Beach office.

In 2015, Zyskowski purchased her own coastal Delaware home, and quickly developed a strong connection to the area that now defines her business.

After a successful career in retail leadership, she obtained real estate licensure in 2021 and has since earned recognitions as a top producer. Licensed in both Delaware and Maryland, she serves buyers and sellers throughout the coastal communities spanning both states. Zyskowski holds the designations of Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Pricing Strategy Advisor.

Today, much of Zyskowski’s business begins well before a client arrives in the First State. Approximately 95% of her clients are relocating to the area and initially discover her through her educational YouTube channel devoted to coastal Delaware and Maryland real estate and lifestyle.
