Coldwell Banker Resort Realty announced the addition of Allen Brooks to its team of experienced real estate professionals in Milford.

Brooks has been a licensed Realtor in Delaware for more than 10 years. He is a Vietnam veteran and enjoys working with servicemen. He has been recognized with numerous awards during his career for his transaction success and customer service rankings.

Most of Brooks’ life has been spent living in Delaware, in several towns throughout the state. In his free time, he enjoys golf, fishing and baseball. These passions have given him the opportunity to visit many interesting areas and communities in Kent and Sussex counties. This knowledge will help buyers find just the right area to call home.

Brooks prides himself on being a family man with four children and nine grandchildren, most of whom also live in Delaware. As a family, they enjoy the numerous activities that Delaware life provides: beaches, concerts, dinner theatres, casinos and community programs at the local colleges.
