Coldwell Banker Resort Realty welcomes Beth Canard to Frank Hornstein Group
Coldwell Banker Resort Realty recently announced the addition of Beth Canard to the Frank Hornstein Group in the Rehoboth Beach office. “A growth in business necessitated growth in my group, and Beth is the perfect addition. Her professional work ethic and enthusiasm representing buyer and seller clients will ensure continued success for our team,” said Hornstein.
Canard joined the group after recently working in the rental division of Coldwell Banker Resort Realty. She first started in real estate in 1991 after graduating from the University of Maryland. She partnered with her mother, a longtime realtor and mentor.
She worked at W.C. and A.N. Miller/Long and Foster in Washington, D.C., for 19 years and then in Middletown for seven years. She loves to help people with their real estate needs, whether rentals or sales. She lives in Dewey Beach with her family of seven. Canard is a member of the Sussex County Association of Realtors, the Delaware Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Frank Hornstein joined Coldwell Banker Resort Realty in 2016. For his 2017 production, Hornstein received the Coldwell Banker Resort Realty and President’s Gold Circle Award, as well as the Manager’s Club award for 100 percent perfect client survey results. He also was recognized as Coldwell Banker Manager’s Choice, an award for outstanding commitment to the firm for the Rehoboth office. Coldwell Banker worldwide also recently recognized Hornstein with inclusion in its 2017 International Diamond Society, placing him among the top 11 percent of agents worldwide with the Coldwell Banker brand.
