Collick talks the talk, walks the walk

May 10, 2019

I have witnessed firsthand William "Bill" Collick's commitment and enthusiasm for the success of students at Cape Henlopen High School. Bill Collick talks the talk and most importantly walks the walk when it comes to improving the educational experience of all students and teachers. Bill Collick recognizes that for students to reach their potential they must feel safe and supported in their classroom. As a future member of the board of education Bill is committed to making sure that all students and teachers have the security and the resources they need to succeed in today's constantly changing world.
In addition to his work in the classroom and administrative offices, Bill has organized community outreach programs so parents are better informed about what is happening in our schools and are given the opportunity to express any concerns. He is responsible for developing the mentoring program at Cape Henlopen High School. The mentoring program supports at-risk students in navigating life's challenges by building competence and confidence. I have personally seen the positive results of this program and can honestly say that more students are graduating and experiencing success.

Bill is committed to encouraging members of our community to partner with educators to provide the best educational experience for the students of the Cape Henlopen School District in all grade levels.
Bill Collick has the proven skill and experience required to best serve students, teachers and the community as a member of the Cape school board.
