Comfort Inn in Rehoboth features Candyland-themed lobby décor

December 23, 2015

The Comfort Inn Rehoboth Beach’s team has been diligently working over the past several weeks on a Candyland theme for everyone to enjoy. It all started as a decoration competition within the Comfort Inn company. Now individuals stop in from all over to post pictures on Facebook and Instagram, and give their suggestions and recommendations.

“It is great seeing everyone's facial expressions for the first time. I think it brings them back to their childhood. It really is a wonderful conversation starter with everyone,” said Jennifer Coverdale, general manager.

The Comfort Inn Rehoboth Beach has been known to reach out and get involved with the community on various occasions. They have been there to provide out-of-towners and locals with hotel accommodations, especially in times of need when major storms and events such as hurricanes, power outages and snowstorms hit the area.

The 96-room hotel was the first chain hotel to be built in Rehoboth back in 1996. Throughout the years, it has won several Gold and Platinum Awards in addition to being featured as one of the Travelers’ Choice Winners for TripAdvisor.

Comfort Inn Rehoboth Beach staff have been serving in the community for nearly 20 years, providing memorable customer experiences to everyone who steps through the door. The staff invites everyone to come in this holiday season to check out all of the décor and have a cup of free coffee.
