Cooper joins Coldwell Banker Resort Realty

Coldwell Banker Resort Realty announced the addition of Connie Cooper to its team of experienced real estate professionals in Lewes. She joins the Lewes office as part of The Coastal Group, which consists of area specialists with experience totaling more than 50 years assisting buyer and seller clients.

A native of California, Cooper has lived in Sussex County for 36 years and has been a licensed Realtor since 2004. Cooper holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a master’s degree in elementary school counseling. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Cooper enjoyed a fulfilling career in the Seaford School District as an elementary teacher and guidance counselor.

Cooper is the proud mother of three children and nana to five grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family, and her two dogs and cat. In her leisure time, she loves to go fishing, boating, golfing and traveling with her husband Tommy.

For Cooper, the most meaningful part of her profession is focusing on customer care and service. She believes buying or selling a home is a very important life experience. Cooper said, “My clients are not just clients; they are people with families and lives. I treat each client just as I would my own family, going the extra mile to make sure every step of the process is as smooth as possible.”

Cooper enjoys working with her group, focusing on eastern Sussex County. The group is led by Linda Fisher and also includes Jackie McMaster and Shunli Lou. They look forward to welcoming new clients and are well qualified to help clients with all of their real estate needs.

Cooper is a member of the Sussex County Association of Realtors, the Delaware Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
