Council on Agricultural Life expands to better serve Delawareans

May 20, 2019

The National Council on Agricultural Life and Labor Research Fund Inc. announced the completion of the renovation of the second floor at its Georgetown office and the establishment of a new office space in Wilmington.

Executive Director Karen Speakman said the Georgetown renovations include the addition of two offices, a full conference room and a break room. “With the new office space upstairs, we have more offices for staff and extra meeting spaces,” she said. “The improvements are beneficial to our customers and staff.”

The outside of the building has also been improved with covered stairs and beautiful landscaping.

The Wilmington office, located in The Mill downtown, provides new office space for the NCALL Loan Fund. This new location will increase NCALL’s ability to better serve loan fund borrowers and other customers in northern Delaware.

NCALL is a nonprofit affordable housing organization; its vision is affordable homes and thriving communities for all. NCALL’s homeownership education and counseling readies families to achieve sustainable homeownership for the long term. The organization has assisted more than 8,750 households in Delaware to become new homeowners.
