UPDATE 8:15 A.M.: All lanes on Route 1 are open.
ORIGINAL POST: A crash on Route 1 near Red Mill Pond south of Cave Neck Road has slowed southbound traffic. The right lane is currently closed.
Lewes Fire Department and Delaware State Police responded to the incident about 6:40 a.m.
