Dean A. Phillips, avid fisherman

Dean A. Phillips, 74, of Millsboro passed away Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2018, at Atlantic Shores Rehabilitation & Health Center in Millsboro.  He was born May 8, 1944, in Chicago, Ill.

Mr. Phillips was a painter and wallpaper hanger. He was an avid fisherman, who cast a line at every opportunity. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Mr. Phillips was preceded in death by his son, Justin Phillips. He is survived by his children: Kindra, Deana and Charles (Chuck); and 10 granchildren.

All services are private. Arrangements are being handled by Parsell Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Lewes.
