Delaware Hospice seeks seamstresses

Delaware Hospice is looking for seamstresses to support its memory bear program. Each year, more than 100 memory bears are created for bereaved families.
As the leading nonprofit hospice agency in the state, Delaware Hospice strives to provide a well-rounded, holistic approach for the well-being of its families. Seamstresses are provided the pattern along with all the materials needed to create a 12-inch memory bear. Every bear has a special meaning and connection to each loved one who receives a bear.
All skill levels are welcome. Anyone who is able to donate just a few hours a week or month is asked to call 302-856-7717 for more information or go to www.delawarehospice.org.
