Delaware Kite Festival is a rite of spring

A little rain and a lot of wind April 3 didn't stand in the way of the 47th annual Great Delaware Kite Festival at Cape Henlopen State Park. Sponsored by the Lewes Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau and Delaware Division of Parks and Recreation, the annual event takes place each Good Friday.

The event also featured an egg hunt and egg toss.
