Delaware Resorts Outdoor Home Expo, Farmers Market & Craft Show set June 20-21
The Delaware Resorts Outdoor Home Expo, Farmers Market & Craft Show will take place at Hudson Fields on Route 1 just north of Lewes, Saturday and Sunday, June 20 and 21. More than 100 exhibitors will present their products and services over the two days. Admission and parking are free to the public. Hours are11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday and noon to 4 p.m. , Sunday.
“Due to the prohibition on large indoor gatherings, our 23-year-old Spring Home Expo was postponed, and as a result has been greatly expanded!” said Kathy Benson, event founder and coordinator. “We are especially excited to help our many loyal exhibitors reopen for business now, and with the significantly larger outdoor venue, we decided to include a farmers market, crafts and other exhibits to make it an attraction everyone will want to attend.”
Exhibitors will have plenty of space to share even more products and services, and there is ample parking. Several exhibitors are also key sponsors, including Clean Energy USA, Furniture & More, Patio Systems, Advance Inc., Backyard Works, Schell Brothers, and media sponsors the Cape Gazette, Effectv, Delaware Beach Life, Sussex County Women’s Journal, WGMD/92.7 and ABC/47 WMDT.
The expo also benefits Sussex County Habitat for Humanity, the nonprofit organization assisting qualified Sussex County residents with simple, affordable housing. Expo visitors will enjoy the convenience of viewing a full spectrum of products and services in one place. Several of the exhibitors plan to offer expo specials, and many will be giving away gifts and prizes.
Exhibitors include home improvement companies; realtors, developers, and builders; mortgage, finance and insurance firms; a large array of home product and service companies; farm market produce; and many craft exhibits. Revelation Beer Garden will be open during the entire Outdoor Expo and will be providing live music! There is something for everyone at this year’s expo.
