Delaware Seashore Parrot Head Club supports Children’s Beach House

The Delaware Seashore Parrot Head Club recently presented a check to Children's Beach House in the amount of $13,500 from the proceeds of its Boat Drinks Bacchanal held May 21 at Northbeach restaurant in Dewey Beach.
This was the club’s first big event held since 2019 due to the pandemic shutdown.
“Our goal was to just get Boat Drinks off the ground again,” said Lori Nichols, club vice president. “We wanted to be able to start giving back to the community, no matter how small. With the help of close to 50 club member volunteers and numerous donors, Boat Drinks 2022 turned out to be one of our best events ever!”
