The Delaware State Chamber of Commerce’s 190th Annual Dinner is set for Monday, Jan. 11, at the Chase Center on the Riverfront in Wilmington.
With more than 1,100 business, community and government leaders, the chamber’s annual dinner is Delaware’s premier business event.
The dinner will feature the presentation of the state chamber’s highest business honor, the Josiah Marvel Cup, with keynote speaker Paul N. Heath, director and president of Richards, Layton & Finger, Delaware’s largest law firm.
Founded in 1899, the firm has helped sophisticated clients navigate complex issues and the intricacies of Delaware law, serving Fortune 500 companies, major financial institutions, local businesses and global law firms across a wide range of practices, drawing on deep experience and a practical understanding of the state’s legal landscape.
Heath has spent his entire legal career at Richards Layton, where he maintains an active, nationally recognized practice representing clients in high-stakes bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring matters. Elected president in 2025 after serving as executive vice president, Heath is focused on building on Richards Layton’s strengths and positioning the firm for the future.
"I am honored to speak at the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce’s 190th Annual Dinner and join leaders from across the state in celebrating the strength of Delaware’s business community,” said Heath. “Throughout my career, I have seen how Delaware’s tradition of excellence, collaboration and practical problem-solving benefits businesses and the people they serve. I look forward to acknowledging the leaders and institutions whose work continues to create opportunity and move our state forward.”
