Delaware State Police superintendent to lecture online April 15

Col. Melissa A. Zebley, Delaware State Police superintendent, will talk about her career path to becoming the first woman superintendent of the Delaware State Police at the annual Stockton University Criminal Justice Lecture from 4:30 to 5:50 p.m., Thursday, April 15.
The event is open to the public and will be held via Zoom.
