As part of its statewide initiative Project D.S.T., the Sussex County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Inc. delivered diapers, sanitary products, socks, toiletries and T-shirts to those in need June 5.
Local recipients were ACE Peer Resource Center in Seaford, Delaware Adolescent Program Inc. in Georgetown and Lighthouse for Broken Wings, based in Harbeson. These were three of the 15 statewide organizations that received donations from Delta Sigma Theta.
