Dewey Beach Arts and Fun Festival draws a good crowd

Crowds of happy shoppers swarmed to Dagsworthy Avenue May 8 for the return of the Dewey Beach Arts and Fun Festival.
The free event, sponsored by the Dewey Business Partnership with support from the Town of Dewey Beach, featured more than 60 artist vendors along with food trucks and live music.

Coastal and beach-themed artworks were popular.
Artwork created by Rehoboth Elementary students graced the Dewey Beach Lions Club deck.
Cup ‘R Cone employees (l-r) Calla Zerkle, Vince Falla and Emily Grothey served up specialty ice cream.
Lena’s Coastal Designs offered coasters depicting local landmarks and restaurants, as well as coasters with QR codes for business use.
Traci’s Treasures offered an array of crystal jellyfish suncatchers.
