Dewey would be well-served to elect Stevens

September 17, 2020

I am writing as a business partner of Bill Stevens and to support his quest to serve your community.  It does not seem fair that I had to acquire his company to get his talents but the Town of Dewey Beach can get him for free!   I have known Bill for over 20 years when he was the controller at a publicly traded company and I was their insurance broker.  He has the ability to make complex concepts appear simple.  He can grasp the desired outcome, reverse engineer the workflow, and validate the process with remarkable ease.  When he joined our leadership team he spent his time learning not only the issues, but the people, and developed a quick understanding of the dynamics and how to be the most useful to everyone.  He is selfless and gets more out of helping those around him, always putting the interest of others ahead of his own.  He is a natural leader, a valued member of our team, and he possesses an operational and financial acumen that instantly creates value. Dewey would be well served should he be elected.
