Disney travel advisor to speak at Ellen Rice Gallery Sept. 21
Disney-certified travel planner and Orlando travel expert Duane Whitman will talk about new and future out-of-this-world experiences at Walt Disney World from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 21, at Ellen Rice Gallery in Ocean View.
“If you’ve ever wanted to step inside and be part of the interplanetary worlds you’ve seen in ‘Star Wars’ movies, you have the opportunity now at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Walt Disney World,” said Whitman.
There will be hourly talks and casual question-and-answer periods throughout the day. The talks are free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
Whitman will discuss a new Skyliner transportation system that connects select Disney resorts with EPCOT and Disney Hollywood Studios, and give early details about new attractions coming to EPCOT and the Magic Kingdom. He’ll offer information about a Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance attraction set to open in December.
