It’s disheartening to see that there are so many people who are so irresponsible and self-centered as to take their dog out for a walk and think it’s not necessary to bring bags with them to clean up their dog’s waste, especially since there are so many places to avail yourself of a few poop bags and trash cans to deposit them in.
The problem isn’t just around town; it’s on the walking trails and in the parks, and when dogs are no longer allowed in these places, the blame will rest solely with those owners who aren’t grown-up enough to clean up their messes.
