Donald Louis Foster, retired boilermaker

Donald Louis Foster, 82, of Millsboro, passed away peacefully Friday, Nov. 24, 2017, at Renaissance Healthcare in Millsboro. He was born Wednesday, April 10, 1935, in Newark, N.J., son of Louis Foster and the late Julia (Knapp) Foster .

Mr. Foster was a boilermaker with Local 647, retiring after a dedicated, lifetime career. His passions were serving his Lord, singing, music, dancing, and traveling. Above all, Mr. Foster cherished time spent with his dear family and friends. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, Dec. 8, at 3 p.m., at Oak Orchard Community Church, 32615 Oak Orchard Road, Millsboro. Arrangements handled by Parsell Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Lewes.
