Edwin F. Widmer, had a wonderful life

Edwin F. Widmer, 94, of Lewes passed away Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2019, in Harrison Senior Living.
He was born July 1, 1925, in Philadelphia, Pa., a son of the late Edwin Widmer and Louise (Megel) Widmer.
Mr. Widmer was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving during World War II. For 41 years, he worked as a serviceman for the Philadelphia Gas Co.
Surviving are his wife, Lorraine (Otterbein) Widmer; daughter, Judy Thompson and her husband William; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Edwin lived a wonderful life, and will be missed by his family and friends.
