Elmer T. Atkins Sr., 93, of Seaford passed away Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2021, at his home surrounded by his family. Elmer was born Nov. 26, 1927, in Baltimore, Md., to the late Henry and Florence (Gromack) Atkins.
Elmer worked throughout his life as a poultry farmer.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Atkins. He is survived by his four children, Elmer Thomas Atkins Jr., Karen Speake, Charles Nicholas Leroy Atkins and Ashley Nicole Atkins; 13 siblings; nine grandchildren; as well as several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Services and interment are private.
