Musical performances, diplomas send kids into summer

Proud parents and grandparents filled the sanctuary at Epworth United Methodist Church in Rehoboth Beach May 20 for the annual preschool spring program and graduation.
Students in six classes, ages 2-4, performed summer songs. Classes go by the names Ducklings, Turtles, Bumblebees, Owls, Starfish and Pelicans.
The Owls, Starfish and Pelcans then had their names called and received their diplomas in front of the stage.
It was also an opportunity for the kids to hug their teachers one more time, before heading off to kindergarten in the fall.
