Estate planning virtual seminar set Aug. 19

August 12, 2020

A free webinar on common estate planning mistakes will be offered to the public from 5 to 6 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 19, at the Lewes Public Library, 111 Adams Ave., Lewes. The class covers common estate planning mistakes and how to avoid them.

The class will explore some common myths about estate planning and offer suggestions on how people can avoid mistakes, and optimize their financial future and legacy for their own benefit and to support loved ones.

The sponsor, Delaware Money School, will provide experienced and well-qualified instructors Deirdre O’Shea McCartney, Esq., and Robert Jeter to the public. Having written, spoken and taught on the subject many times, they break down a complex subject to simple, understandable layman’s terms.

Everyone should be able to consult with their attorney and financial advisor on a plan for their future. This class teaches attendees how to make better financial decisions in the context of estate planning.
