An evening of Stephen Sondheim music set Feb. 3

Milton Theatre will host a night of Sondheim music at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 3.

Accompanied by a live band, some of the Milton Theatre's most dynamic voices will delve into the musical world of Broadway’s master composer, the late Stephen Sondheim.

Attendees can expect to hear tunes from “A Little Night Music,” “Sweeney Todd,” “Company,” “Into the Woods,” “Follies,” “Merrily We Roll Along” and more.

Performers also will fill in the audience on Sondheim facts, history and assorted tidbits of theatrical lore.

The show will feature accomplished vocalists Candice Castro, Matt Whalen, Rylynn Woods, Matt Lucatamo and Connor Graham, with the live band comprising Charlie Hannagan on vocals and guitar, Cody Munzert on keys, Ken Schleifer on drums and Rory Flynn on bass.
