Brockstedt Mandalas Federico announced Dianna Stuart has joined the law firm's personal injury practice as senior counsel. She brings nearly a decade of experience representing clients throughout Delaware.
Stuart's practice focuses on representing individuals and families whose lives have been affected by serious injuries, wrongful death, medical negligence, and other acts of carelessness and misconduct. She has extensive experience handling cases involving motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, trucking accidents, catastrophic injuries and complex medical negligence cases involving hospitals, physicians and other healthcare providers. Many of these cases involve life-changing injuries and permanent disabilities.
“My goal has always been to provide clients with both strong legal advocacy and the personal support they need during a difficult time,” said Stuart. “I am excited to join Brockstedt Mandalas Federico and continue growing my practice at a firm that shares my commitment to providing exceptional client service, while working alongside some of the most skilled and respected attorneys in Delaware.”
Over her career, Stuart has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of injured clients through negotiated settlements and litigation.
“I am thrilled to have Dianna join the personal injury team,” said Chase Brockstedt, lead partner of the firm’s personal injury practice. “She brings extensive experience advocating for injured clients and securing meaningful results in complex personal injury cases, all while keeping the clients at the center of her work. With her connections across Delaware, we look forward to our continued growth and delivering excellent legal services to clients in their time of need.”
Born and raised in Delaware, Stuart earned her undergradate degree from the University of Delaware and her JD from Widener University Delaware Law School. She is admitted to practice before the Delaware Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Stuart is based in the firm’s Lewes and Dover offices.
