Expo donates $1K to Meals on Wheels Lewes-Rehoboth
The 5th Delaware Resorts 55+ Expo was held Nov. 6 at Cape Henlopen High School.
More than 1,500 visitors attended the free event.
Expo organizers thank lead sponsor Bayhealth as well as presenting sponsors Aquacare, Baird Mandalas Brockstedt, Blue Rock Financial Group, Cape Gazette, Clean Cut Pavers & Pools, Clean Energy USA, Coastal Bath, Delaware Retiree Connection, Patio Systems, Schell Brothers, The Lodges of Coastal Delaware and WMDT/ABC 47.
The community was offered free flu shots, health screenings and a wealth of valuable information on improving the 55+ lifestyle in the resort region.
Expo founder Kathy Benson presented a $1,000 donation to Meals on Wheels Lewes-Rehoboth.
The Delaware Resorts Health-Fitness & Leisure Expo is set for Saturday and Sunday, March 12 and 13.
