Fashion fundraiser to support Jenna Warrington’s medical costs Nov. 22

November 14, 2019

To raise funds for Jenna Warrington and #theWARringtonagainstCancer, there will be a fashion fundraiser from 6 to 10 p.m., Friday, Nov. 22, at Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott on Coastal Highway in Rehoboth Beach.

In the past year, Warrington, a Delaware native and stylist at Village Salon and Spa, has accomplished things that most people experience in their 20s, including marriage, purchasing a new home, adopting an adorable dog and making great strides in her career. What she never expected was cancer.

July 17, 2019, Jenna was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer. With medical costs soaring and Warrington being out of work during her treatments, organizers want to help ease the stress of financial burdens so she can devote her time and energy to her recovery.

The event will feature local food, beer and wine; live music with DJ Love and singer/songwriter Melissa Alesi; a fashion show, Styled by Gingham & Grace; clothing by Jami Jackson, and hair and makeup by Village Salon and Spa, featuring breast cancer survivors as models. There will be a 50/50 raffle, door prizes, silent auction, vendors for holiday shopping, cash bar and more.

The fashion show will be at 8 p.m. The auction will begin at 9 p.m.

Tickets are available for purchase on EventBrite.com for $35 or at the door for $40.
