Lewes Planning Commission Vice Chair Kay Carnahan is alerting the public that the presentation on a proposed 18-home major subdivision called Fishers Cove will not be happening at the Oct. 17 meeting.
The item was removed from the agenda at the request of the developer, she said. It may reappear on the November agenda.
The request is to build 18 single-family homes on a 12.06-acre parcel along Pilottown Road near Rodney Avenue. One existing dwelling would remain in the plan.
For more information, call city hall at 302-645-7777.
