July 24, 2018

Aging in Place Specialists LLC will host a free workshop on lower back pain and sciatica from 10 to 11 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 4, at Lewes Public Library.

The workshop is for people who have had lower back pain or sciatica in the last 30 days and missed work, family activities or things they enjoy because of back pain. It will help those who have tried everything they can think of but cannot find relief.

Attendees will learn the three most common causes of lower back pain and sciatica, and a common mistake sufferers make which impairs their healing. Treatments for specific causes will be covered. Back problems can cause pain, numbness or tingling in the leg, and there are successful treatments and relief without the side effects of medications, injections or surgery.
