Freeman Companies names winner of Photo Contest at Bayside
Carl M. Freeman Companies announced Jennifer Sukenick Katzen as the winner of its 2019 Photo Contest at Bayside.
Homeowners and visitors of the Bayside community in Fenwick Island were able to submit photos via Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter by tagging @livebayside on Instagram and Twitter and Bayside Fenwick Island on Facebook.
Entries were taken during the period from May 17 through Sept. 15. Only photos taken within Bayside qualified.
Upon the closing date of the contest, a panel of judges made up of staff picked the five finalists to be featured on Facebook. From these finalists, the winner would be chosen by the amount of likes each photo received, and the photo with the most likes overall would win the grand prize. Jennifer Katzen received over 352 likes on Facebook for her picture, which perfectly captured a special family moment at the Point.
“Our family discovered and fell in love with Bayside two years ago. It is now our annual summer vacation and has become our happy place. Crabbing is by far our family’s favorite activity at the resort - our kids ask to go every day we are there! We are so thrilled others could identify with our picture in the Bayside Photo Contest and had similar memories to share. We can’t wait to go back this summer,” said Katzen.
As the winner of the contest, she will receive a gift card to Bayside and several of the entries will have their photos showcased within the property.
