Gebhart joins Coldwell Banker Resort Realty in Lewes
Coldwell Banker Resort Realty announces the addition of Myers Gebhart to its team of experienced real estate professionals in Lewes.
Gebhart has been a licensed Realtor in Delaware since 1985. He is experienced and familiar with real estate transactions in Sussex County from Dewey Beach to Milford and also towns on the western side of Sussex County. Prior to his real estate career, he was a 911 police dispatcher in New Castle County for nine years. He has been a Sussex County resident for 18 years.
For 15 years, he has been involved in real estate development with local builders and developers. While he was a construction site manager, he developed sales plans, designed home floorplans, created a community sales center and assisted approximately 70 homebuyers a year. He specializes in selling homes to retirees and those planning to retire soon.
“My experience allows me to assist buyer and seller clients in all aspects of the real estate process whether representing a resale, new construction community or first-time homebuyer,” said Gebhart.
