Georgetown vigil held for shooting victims, families

A candlelight vigil was held at The Circle in Georgetown Jan. 27, in memory of shooting victims Honorio Velasquez, 28, of Bridgeville, and Armando Vicente Chilel Lopez, 31, of Georgetown. The shootings occurred Jan. 22 at El Nopalito restaurant on Route 113.
