Guthrie a man of integrity for Sussex Tech

August 6, 2018

Sussex Tech could not have found a better person for the job of superintendent. Steve Guthrie is a man of high integrity and great competence. He is a perfect fit given the recent debacle at our vocational district. His career in the Carroll County school system has received accolades from the Carroll County Education Association and, indeed, the public at large.

As superintendent, he proved himself to be a man of vision and openness. He navigated the district through the tumultuous budget-cutting days of the last decade and maintained excellent relations with his teachers and classified employees.

Teachers and patrons of the Sussex Tech School District can rest assured they are in good hands.
