Harry K Foundation and Giant Food partner to provide Easter meals

Volunteers from the Harry K Foundation and Giant Food supported a Food Bank of Delaware holiday meal box distribution just in time for the Easter holiday.
Officials from schools supported year-round by the Harry K Foundation picked up the holiday meals for families in need. The volunteers stocked cars and an entire Seaford School District bus with boxes of nonperishable goods funded by the Harry K Foundation, holiday hams donated by Giant, and supplemental items provided by the food bank including apples, pork chops, a whole chicken and more.
In total, 285 families were supported through the distribution.
