Hazel Joseph Cordrey, Registered Nurse
Hazel Joseph Cordrey, RN, 82, of Lewes passed away Sunday, March 15, 2020, at her daughter's home in Georgetown. She was born March 16, 1937, in Denton, Md., daughter of the late Roland and Emma Johnson.
In addition to her parents, Hazel was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Cordrey; her daughter, Linda Joseph Brown; and her former husband, Alton R. Joseph. She is survived by her sons: Alton Edward Joseph and David Lee Joseph (Susan); her five grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Services will be private. Arrangements are being handled by Parsell Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, Lewes.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in Hazel's memory to the Margaret H. Rollins School of Nursing at Beebe Hospital, 424 Savannah Road, Lewes, DE 19958.
