Historical society to hold antiques show in Lewes Aug. 3

The Lewes Historical Society will host more than 30 antique dealers displaying unique wares during the 55th Annual Outdoor Antiques and Vintage Show from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 3, at 110 Shipcarpenter St., Lewes.

Dealers from across Delmarva and beyond will be on site, along with live music and a variety of food.

Visitors can explore a wide selection of antiques including art, ceramics, furniture, glass, jewelry, kitchenware, linens, memorabilia, pottery, toys, vintage accessories and more. 

“We are looking forward to great weather and a wonderful show,” said Judi Jeffers, event coordinator, Lewes Historical Society. “This annual antiques show contributes to the historic nature found in the town of Lewes and attracts wonderful vendors and patrons.”

The outdoor antiques and vintage show will be held rain or shine on the beautiful Lewes Historical Society campus, among mature trees, colorful blooming plants and shaded paths. Visitors are encouraged to explore the nine historic buildings on site which highlight the society’s dedication to the preservation of historic structures and tell the story of Lewes through the centuries.
