The Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company will host and present the 2026 Rehoboth Beach Hometown Christmas Parade at 6:30 p.m., Monday, Dec. 7.

The beloved community tradition brings together families, local businesses, civic organizations and holiday enthusiasts for an evening filled with festive lights, hometown pride and holiday cheer.

This year, the fire company is aiming to make the parade bigger, brighter and more community‑powered than ever, and members encourage more local businesses, nonprofits, clubs, performance groups and neighborhood organizations to consider being part of the celebration. Whether showcasing a team, highlighting a mission or simply spreading joy with a creative holiday float, eveyone's participation helps strengthen the community spirit that makes Rehoboth Beach shine and contributes to a tradition that supports and celebrates the Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company.

There is no rain date for the parade. In the event of inclement weather, a decision to cancel the parade will be made after 12 p.m. on event day. Information will be placed on the fire company website and sent to local media outlets when decisions are made.
