Hope Realty classes to start Sept. 24

Hope Realty Institute of Delaware will offer its next session of real estate pre-licensing classes online from 6 to 9 p.m., starting Friday, Sept. 24.

HRI offers the 99-hour Delaware Pre-Licensing Course so participants can start the journey to becoming real estate agents. 

The class includes three sections: Real Estate Math, Real Estate Law and Real Estate Sales.

Sections are taught by separate instructors on alternating evenings. Classes continue through Wednesday, Dec. 1; all sessions are conducted online.

Successful completion of the course and the exams will satisfy the educational requirements of the Delaware Real Estate Commission.
