Hope For Success, a local alternative rock band based in Lewes, will drop its first self-titled vinyl album of all-original music Thursday, July 22.

The album is written and performed entirely by Hope For Success members, and the band will celebrate the release with a performance from 3 to 5 p.m., July 22, at Extended Play Records in Rehoboth Beach.

Hope For Success consists of four teenage musicians  – 16-year-old Drew Fitzkee, 14-year-old Alex Fitzkee, 14-year-old Elaina Marsch and 13-year-old Jasper Isaacs. The band has been playing together for about three years, but members began studying music as early as preschool.

The three older members will attend Sussex Academy High School this fall while Jasper will continue his homeschool education.

Recorded and mixed at Mid South Audio studios in Milton by Frank Marchand, the album is an exciting blend of high-energy instrumentals and vocals that is sure to delight fans and new listeners alike.
